Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)

Artificial insemination by intrauterine injection. The most common insemination procedure — washed sperm is deposited directly into the uterine cavity via a catheter. Used for unexplained infertility, mild male factor, cervical factor, and as a first-line ART procedure.

Sperm washing/processing (58323) is separately billable and frequently missed. Cycle monitoring (76830, 82670) billed separately per visit. Drug administration for trigger injection (96372 + drug code) is separately billable.
